Director Shankar has completed the entire shooting part of his trilingual –  Robo with Rajnikanth and Aishwarya Rai. The last song was picturised on Aishwarya Rai and superstar Rajinikanth by choreographer Remo at a Chennai studio.

“It was a very, very happy moment for everyone. I think this is the first film where I am doing the pumpkin breaking pooja with the lead stars Rajnikanth and Aishwarya Rai,” he wrote in his blog.
Later, the original producer Kalanithi Maran threw a big party for the entire unit of the film at his house. It is learnt that the movie might hit in the first week of September.
